The final day of Trans Pride Week celebrates resilience, remembrance, and the future of transgender liberation. “Legacy, Liberation & Love” honors community leaders, advocates, and individuals whose work continues to advance equity, harm reduction, and healthcare access for marginalized populations. 

The day will include live performances, ballroom showcases, healing spaces, wellness activities, community awards, and opportunities for attendees to connect with 

organizations dedicated to HIV prevention, recovery support, violence prevention, and mental health advocacy. 

As Trans Pride Week concludes, this gathering serves as a powerful reminder that community care, education, harm reduction, and unconditional love save lives.

Pride in the Park — Day 1 “Community, Wellness & Visibility”

Day 1 of Pride in the Park focuses on family, wellness, education, and community empowerment. Guests can enjoy live entertainment, performances, food vendors, community resources, youth activities, and wellness programming designed to support the holistic health of LGBTQIA+ individuals and allies. 

Onsite services will include: 

  • Free HIV/STI testing 

  • Overdose prevention and Narcan training 

  • Safer sex education and supplies 

  • Mental health and behavioral health resources 

  • Housing and employment support 

  • Peer recovery and wellness information 

  • Community outreach and advocacy organizations 

The event is designed to reduce barriers to care while creating a joyful and affirming environment where attendees can access lifesaving information and support without stigma.

Pride on the Pier — “Unity After Dark”

Join hundreds of community members for an evening of music, dancing, performances, vendors, and nightlife along the waterfront. “Unity After Dark” centers nightlife safety, overdose awareness, and protecting LGBTQIA+ individuals within party and social spaces. 

Throughout the event, attendees will have access to free HIV/STI testing, substance use education, fentanyl awareness information, hydration stations, wellness resources, and 

peer-led harm reduction support. The evening will also feature local DJs, drag entertainers, ballroom elements, and community vendors celebrating LGBTQIA+ excellence. 

This event encourages safe celebration while promoting community accountability, health education, and nightlife safety awareness.

During the cruise, community leaders and advocates will share messages about overdose prevention, HIV awareness, affirming healthcare access, and the importance of protecting vulnerable communities from stigma and discrimination. An unforgettable evening overlooking the Baltimore skyline filled with live jazz, spoken word, soulful performances, and intentional conversations surrounding healing within LGBTQIA+ communities. “Healing Through Music” focuses on mental wellness, substance 

use awareness, emotional resilience, and creating supportive environments for individuals impacted by trauma, addiction, HIV, and homelessness. 

Guests will enjoy performances from local artists while connecting with wellness providers, harm reduction specialists, and peer advocates. Free HIV/STI testing, safer sex kits, fentanyl test strips, Narcan, and recovery resources will be available throughout the evening. 

This event aims to remind attendees that healing can happen through music, storytelling, community, and culturally competent support systems.

Kick off Trans Pride Week with an elegant evening of connection, community, and celebration. “Welcome Home” is designed to create a safe and affirming space where attendees can network, build friendships, and honor the resilience of transgender and gender-diverse communities. 

The evening will feature light refreshments, music, guest speakers, and presentations highlighting the importance of harm reduction, community care, mental health awareness, and access to affirming healthcare. Community organizations and outreach teams will be onsite providing free HIV/STI testing, overdose prevention education, Narcan distribution, wellness resources, and information on housing and behavioral health services. 

This reception sets the tone for a week centered on joy, safety, empowerment, and saving lives through education and community support.
